Terms of Service

These terms identify the legal entity behind the Luneflow platform and govern its operation. The full service-level terms that subscribing businesses accept are published at luneflow.co/terms; these pages are aligned and should be read together.

1. Who operates Luneflow

Luneflow is owned and operated by Lune Data Solutions Ltd (“Lunedata”), Company No. 16869228, registered in England and Wales. Lunedata is the platform provider: it manages the Luneflow application on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, including WhatsApp Business Accounts, message templates and Flows operated for Luneflow business customers.

2. The service

Luneflow provides UK small and medium businesses with a WhatsApp-based assistant: structured booking journeys, AI-assisted replies grounded in the business’s own information, appointment confirmations and feedback requests, and management tools. Use of WhatsApp features is subject to Meta’s applicable terms; marketing messages are sent only to end customers who have opted in, and every such message supports a STOP opt-out.

3. Responsibilities

Subscribing businesses remain responsible for the lawfulness of the content and offers they provide; Lunedata operates the platform with reasonable skill and care and processes data as described in the Privacy Policy.
