Lune Data Solutions Ltd (“Lunedata”) is a software company registered in England and Wales. We build and operate Luneflow — a WhatsApp-powered AI assistant platform that helps UK local businesses answer customers, take bookings and grow on the channel their customers already use.
What we build
Luneflow (luneflow.co) gives small and medium UK businesses — salons, clinics, gyms, pharmacies, trades — a professional presence on WhatsApp: structured booking journeys, AI-assisted replies grounded in the business’s own information, appointment confirmations and management tools. The service runs on Luneflow Engine, our in-house platform that powers every Luneflow conversation, and operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform as a Meta Tech Provider.
Our relationship to Luneflow
Lunedata is the parent company and platform provider of Luneflow. The Luneflow application on the WhatsApp Business Platform is owned and operated by Lune Data Solutions Ltd: we manage its WhatsApp Business Accounts, its message templates and Flows, and the infrastructure the service runs on. “Luneflow” is the product name; Lune Data Solutions Ltd is the legal entity behind it.
